Tomorrow, October 10, is World Mental Health Day. To celebrate, and to help raise awareness of mental health issues, the developers of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice will be donating all proceeds from sales of the game made throughout the day.

Here’s how Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice aims to capture the reality of psychosis.

In a press release, developers Ninja Theory released a new Accolades trailer for the game. Rather than gameplay or pre-rendered footage, however, the trailer is made up of screenshots of the game taken with Hellblade’s photo mode. And instead of press quotes, the trailer highlights some of the messages Ninja Theory received from fans of the game.

Ninja Theory also announced that they will be donating all of the proceeds made from the game tomorrow to the charity Rethink Mental Illness. The charity exists to support and campaign for those severely affected by mental illness. You can watch the trailer – which serves as a powerful reminder of how important games can be – above.
