How do you reroll in Zenless Zone Zero? If you’ve just booted up the game and rolled for your first character, hoping to land one of the better S tier banners, you may be disappointed on who you get, but, here’s how to reroll for your favorite character, and when it’s worth it.
If you’ve got your heart set on a specific Zenless Zone Zero banner, especially one that ranks highly on our Zenless Zone Zero tier list, but on starting out in the game, you don’t get them. Fortunately, rerolling is fairly simple, and there are ways to increase your chances of getting better characters.
Zenless Zone Zero reroll
To reroll in Zenless Zone Zero, you’ll need to create a new account. Which, as you can skip cutscenes, you’ll be able to get through the story pretty quickly. It’s also worth noting that if you create an account during an event period, you’ll be rewarded with more master tapes, so check out our guide to Zenless Zone Zero events. Here are the steps to follow to reroll in ZZZ:
- Create a new account and unlock Signal Search
- Either roll at this point with 20 master tapes (30+ if during an event) or progress to level 5/level 10 for more master tapes
- Roll on the standard banner (Star-Studded Cast)
- Repeat the above steps if you do not get the character you want
